Rizzolution
A calm wellness companion for overwhelmed adults, with Rizu, a companion who remembers your story and rewrites the plan as your life changes.
Our own product. iOS and Android builds are being prepared for the stores; rizzolution.me.
Today, a focus moment with Rizu, the weekly plan and the end-of-day reflection. Captured from the app.
The problem
Most wellness apps are trackers: more modules, more streaks, more notifications, more guilt. People who are already overwhelmed do not need another dashboard. They need one loop they can keep, and something that remembers what they said last month.
What we built
After a deliberate simplification in 2026 that removed six tracker modules and the social layer, Rizzolution is one focused loop. A short questionnaire about goals, energy and commitments. A generated weekly routine and a hand-drawn-style vision board of the week. Daily check-ins with a light task list. An end-of-day reflection with five moods and free text.
Rizu ties it together. Rizu recalls what you have said over weeks, can move blocks in your schedule when you confirm a change, opens a chat with the right day and activity already drafted when you long-press a block, and surfaces one interpreted observation per week. The backend keeps a memory log the user can read and delete, and limits the weekly insight to one model call per user.
AI and automation inside
A routine composed by a model
The questionnaire becomes a weekly schedule and a hand-drawn-style vision board, generated per user.
A companion with memory
Each reflection distills into Rizu's long-term memory; the user can read the log and delete entries.
Changes only on confirmation
Rizu proposes schedule changes and applies them when the user confirms; nothing moves on its own.
One insight a week
A single interpreted observation per ISO week, limited to one model call per user.
Reminders on a schedule
A scheduler on the server checks every five minutes which reminders are due, respects each user's quiet hours and daily cap, and sends each one at most once.
Honest subscription
A seven-day trial without a card; after it, chat is the only premium surface.
